Reviews

Relays can review Clients they've processed payments for. Reviews help other Relays assess Client reliability.

Viewing Your Reviews

Go to Dashboard → Reviewed Clients to see all clients you've reviewed.

Client Profile

The Client profile becomes accessible after at least one transaction between your Relay and that Client. You can access it by clicking on the Client ID in any transaction.

From the Client profile, you can:

  • View transaction history with this Client
  • Leave a review
  • Block the Client — prevent future payments from this Client from being routed to your provider

Creating a Review

  1. Navigate to a Client's profile page
  2. Set a rating (positive or negative)
  3. Add optional comments (up to 1000 characters)
  4. Submit the review — one review per Client

Review Visibility

  • Reviews are visible to other Relays viewing the same Client
  • Clients can see reviews left about them
  • Reviews include the Relay's rating, comment text, and timestamp

Comments

Each review supports threaded comments:

  • The reviewer can add additional comments
  • The Client can respond to reviews
  • Comments are timestamped and attributed to their author

Reviews are meant to help the network self-regulate. Leave honest, constructive feedback about your experience processing payments for each Client.
