Client Reviews

As a Client, Relays can leave reviews about their experience processing your payments. Reviews help maintain trust in the network.

Viewing Your Reviews

  1. Go to Dashboard → Reviews (in sidebar)
  2. See all reviews from Relays who have processed your payments
  3. Each review includes:
    • Rating (positive or negative)
    • Comment text
    • Relay identifier
    • Timestamp

Responding to Reviews

You can reply to reviews with comments:

  1. Click on a review to expand it
  2. Add your response in the comment field
  3. Comments are threaded and attributed to you

Your review page URL is /dashboard/clients/YOUR_USER_ID. Relays can access this to view your reviews and add new ones.

Impact of Reviews

Reviews are informational and don't directly affect payment routing. However, Relays can choose to reject specific Clients from their routing rules based on past experience.
